Located in South Melbourne along the St Kilda Boulevard stands this 22 level high rise, consisting of 258 apartments designed by Ellenberg Fraser Architects.

To interact with surrounding environment, the leafy motif façade was custom made out of concrete by Euro Precast.

Precast elements were used throughout the whole building.

Elenberg Fraser describes: “The facades employ a subtle, layered architecture that protects the interiors …….A garden oasis in the city.”
